For units that are interested in achieving NE objectives while having team-building at the same time, the Interactive Adventure Trails are ideal programmes. These trails facilitate experiential learning of history by immersing the participant in a “thematic storyline”. Participants will have to work in teams and complete various tasks/missions along the way to achieve a common objective. What results from their participation is not just new knowledge provided by a guide, but a personal discovery of what it means to be Singaporean.

"PUZZLE BUBBLE HUSTLE & STRUGGLE"
Piecing together the pieces of history might be a difficult task, just as it was difficult to survive in Little India during the 1900s. Fortunately, you have discovered way to do it!
Bringing together on-site activities and a popular pastime, you can now re-create the story of Little India by using your skills and intellect to collect the puzzle pieces from various locations. Complete the jigsaw to reveal a collection of memories. This interactive treasure hunt will create a sense of adventure for those unfamiliar with the Indian heritage district.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Develop a sense of resilience and fortitude through a series of meaningful challenges and build up a comprehensive understanding on the history of our heritage districts.
Appreciate the efforts of our forefathers and early immigrants, who have contributed to building this nation, and create a social fabric that is peaceful and harmonious.

"THROUGH THE EYES OF A TONGKANG"
Step into the footsteps of our forefathers, and join us on a journey of discovery, as we embark on a hunt of various historic sites along the Singapore River.
Using photographs from the past, you will have to identify the location, find your way there, and complete activities that are reminiscent of the site’s original purpose. Collect all the different photographs and reveal the puzzle to the final location.

Get a sense of the scale of conservation efforts that have been implemented in preserving our history and heritage. Through exploring these National Monuments, relive the stories behind those walls.

"SURVIVORS & SABOTEURS"
Re-live the darkest period in Singapore’s history by joining in the adventures of a survivor from 1942-1945.
Work as a team, complete a series of site-specific missions at various landmarks related to the occupation, and navigate your way to a secret safe-house. Discover your own will to survive, explore the value of freedom, and realise that unity at home is key to our continued peace.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Understand the harshness of daily life, and the scarcity of food in this period. Recalibrate your understanding of money as it was used under the Japanese Military administration.
Be exposed to the type of Japanese propaganda films that were screened and hear the horror stories of those that refused to conform to Japanese superiority. Discover your will to defend Singapore.
Experience the fear that the locals felt in the presence of the Kempeitai (Japanese Military Police), and Discover the heroes and heroines that stood strong against Japanese torture.
